What We Do

SIB helps Government with:

• Investment Planning
• Investment Delivery

We have three key responsibilities:

• We prepare the Investment Strategy for Northern Ireland on behalf of the NI Executive (ISNI)
• We help the public sector develop and deliver major programmes and projects
• We help champion reform

Our work, directed by Ministers, is focused on supporting the delivery of the objectives set-out within the Programme for Government.

SIB is a company limited by guarantee, whose sole shareholder is the Executive Office (TEO).
