SIB is a limited company owned by The Executive Office (TEO). Each year, Ministers set out a series of priorities for the organisation and these form the basis of our annual and corporate business plans.

At present we have a staff of about 140. We’re organised in a largely flat structure (ie, with very little hierarchy), working either as small teams or as individuals embedded in partner organisations that we’re supporting.

You will be part of a team of experts, people who think innovatively and imaginatively, with integrity and ingenuity.
