Championing Reform

It takes more than a strategy or policy to deliver transformation. It needs someone to lead the fight. That’s what we do.

One important way that transformation can be brought about is through reform – of systems, processes, even ways of thinking. It’s an efficient way to work collaboratively, and it get results.

It’s something we strongly believe in and advocate for. So do our partners. Here are some examples where that shared approach has delivered:

• Supporting TEO in the development of the Ending Violence Against Women and Girls Strategy.
• Providing expert support to help Norther Ireland meet its target of net zero by 2050 through Green Growth & Circular Economy Strategies.
• Playing a key role in rolling out superfast broadband services through Project Stratum.
• Embedding Buy Social – an initiative to maximise social value – within public procurement.
• Supporting key infrastructure programmes including Strule Shared Education Campus, Casement Park, NIFRS Learning & Development College and Northern Regional College New Buildings Programme.
