Our Partners

Collaboration is an essential part of the SIB ethos. We facilitate and encourage collaboration through making connections, with and between key partners.

SIB supports and works with a broad range of partners and stakeholders in the public, private, voluntary and community sectors. Partnership is a vital aspect of our work and we aim to support the efficient delivery of programmes and projects to meet the needs of people in the region.

SIB delivers a range of programmes and projects through collaboration and in a spirit of open and genuine partnership. Partnership is at the heart of what we do.

Examples of our partners that we have built trusted relationships with include:

  • Government Departments
  • Agencies & Non-Departmental Public Bodies
  • Local Councils

Collaborative Partnership - SistersIn

SIB also works with community groups including SistersIn.

SIB is committed to working sustainably and, through our Sustainability Policy, has pledged to ‘promote inclusive and sustainable economic growth’ and ‘empower people and communities’.

SistersIN is a registered charity and limited company in Northern Ireland with a mission to ‘enable, empower and develop female pupils in education to become the leaders of tomorrow, to help them discover their full potential and open new possibilities for their professional journeys by building leadership capability and confidence.’

SIB will support SistersIn through enabling SIB staff to offer their technical and professional skills in support of the charity. This includes but not limited to projects related to strategic business planning, change management, social value, communications, sustainability, governance, or executive coaching, for example.
